Refund Process

If you need a refund, raise a ticket within 24 hours of your purchase and clearly explain your issue and why you want the refund. Once we identify the issue, we’ll try to fix it. If we can’t fix the issue, we’ll process your refund amount within next 48 hours.

Note- After 24 hours, a refund will no longer be meaningful. The refund request should be sent via email to our support team ([email protected]). In order to get a quick response, please clearly mention your name, phone number, email address and your issue. Make sure, your response should accompany your request with detailed and specific reasons which would fulfill the need of applying for a refund. 

Processing Refund Requests

Once we receive your request, our Support Team will take about 24-48 hours to get back to you along with your raised support ticket . We suggest you not to update your raised ticket further until one of our experts replies back to you. Because every update will decrease the priority acquired by the ticket itself.
